• Dr. Rao Mulpuri,
    Chief Executive Officer

    Dr. Mulpuri is the Chief Executive Officer of View Inc. He is responsible for the strategic direction and the financial and operational performance of the company.

    Prior to View Inc., Dr. Mulpuri held several executive positions at Novellus Systems, most recently as President of Novellus Systems Japan and Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Metals Business Unit.

    He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India, MS in Manufacturing Engineering, and Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Boston University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

  • Erich Klawuhn,
    Vice President
    Product Management

    Mr. Klawuhn is the Vice President of Product Management at View, responsible for all aspects of the product and technical business development, including strategy, product definition, positioning and quality. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mississippi Energy Institute.

    Mr. Klawuhn has more than 15 years of experience developing new thin-film product businesses at Novellus Systems and Varian Thin-Films. He has held technical, product management, and business development positions, providing a unique perspective into developing and launching new products.

    Mr. Klawuhn holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara.

  • Jim Miller,
    Vice President
    Worldwide Sales

    Jim Miller is the Vice President of Worldwide Sales, responsible for all aspects of global sales as well as sales operations.

    Mr. Miller comes to View with extensive experience driving global commercialization of innovative technology-oriented products in wide-ranging industries. Most recently he was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Bridgelux, an LED lighting company. Prior to that, he served as the President and CEO of TerraLUX Inc. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Global Geographic Sales at Philips Lumileds. In addition to his experience in the LED industry, he spent 18 years in the data storage industry in various sales and marketing leadership roles with industry-leading companies such as Iomega, Conner Peripherals, Adaptec, Maxtor and LeftHand Networks.

  • Ron Parker,
    Vice President Operations

    Mr. Parker is the Vice President of Operations, responsible for all aspects of manufacturing operations, including materials, purchasing, and manufacturing engineering.

    He has 24 years of experience in operations leadership, including 16 years in the glass manufacturing industry. He was formerly the general manager of Vitrum Industries. Prior to that he oversaw operations for Cardinal’s glass coating facility, where he instituted numerous innovative best practices aimed at driving production quality.

    Mr. Parker holds a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University.

  • Robert Rozbicki,
    Vice President Technology

    Dr. Rozbicki is the Vice President of Technology, leading the technology team in the development of all aspects of electrochromic products. He is also responsible for all external technical collaborations at View.

    Dr. Rozbicki’s career has focused on transitioning new deposition processes and equipment into production. He has 10 years of technology and project management experience, and was formerly Senior Director of Technology in HDP CVD Business and Director of Technology in PVD Business at Novellus Systems.

    Dr. Rozbicki holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Boston University.

  • Dhairya Shrivastava,
    Vice President Engineering

    Mr. Shrivastava is the Vice President of Engineering at View. He is responsible for the design and development of processing and automation equipment, as well as controls systems.

    He has 20 years of experience in engineering leadership, including 10 years in manufacturing automation and nine years in semiconductor equipment development. Mr. Shrivastava was formerly the Vice President of Engineering at Oorja Protonics, Inc. Prior to that, he was at Novellus Systems, where he was responsible for multiple large engineering organizations, focused on engineering innovation and production quality.

    Mr. Shrivastava holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from India Institute of Technology, Kanpur, MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island, and MBA from Northeastern University.

  • Fahri Diner,
    Managing Director Sigma Partners

    During his 15-year entrepreneurial career in the high-tech industry, Mr. Diner repeatedly demonstrated his savvy in conceiving compelling value propositions and building high-tech organizations to successfully execute aggressive business plans. Having joined Sigma Partners in late 2006, Mr. Diner applies his expertise by identifying strong entrepreneurs with good ideas to help build disruptive, market-leading companies.

    Mr. Diner was the Founder, President, and CEO of Qtera Corporation, which he led to become the leading provider of ultra-long-haul photonic networking solutions. Nortel Networks acquired the company for $3.25 billion, and Mr. Diner continued to lead Qtera as President of the wholly-owned subsidiary until 2001. Before founding Qtera, Mr. Diner was a member of the executive team at Siemens, where he helped establish and manage the company’s Optical Networks business unit in North America, which was later spun off as Optisphere Networks. Prior to joining Siemens, Mr. Diner led Pirelli’s pioneering activities in the optical amplifier and Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) markets. The optical systems division of Pirelli was later acquired by Cisco Systems for $2.15 billion. Just prior to joining Sigma, Mr. Diner founded Concept Ventures in 2005 by acquiring a portion of the assets of Applied Materials Ventures in which he served as Managing Director.

  • Chip Hambro

    Mr. Hambro joined First Solar in 2001, and as Chief Operating Officer, led the turnaround, startup, and growth efforts that culminated in First Solar becoming the preeminent company in the solar industry. After co-leading one of the most successful IPO’s of 2006, Mr. Hambro retired from First Solar in 2009. In April of 2012 Mr. Hambro joined First Solar as a member of their board of directors and continues to serve in that capacity.

    Mr. Hambro has extensive experience leading R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and general business aspects of Fortune 500 technology corporations, with particular emphasis on compound semiconductor based photonic devices. Prior to joining First Solar, he held positions of Vice President of Engineering & Business Development for Goodrich Aerospace, Vice President of Operations at ITT, and various technical management positions at Varian Associates. Mr. Hambro graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Science (Applied Physics).

  • Samir Kaul,
    Founding General Partner Khosla Ventures

    Mr. Kaul is a founding general partner at Khosla Ventures, focusing primarily on renewable energy, food and technology investing. Mr. Kaul studied biology and taught undergraduate biochemistry at the University of Michigan, attended graduate school at the University of Maryland where he studied biochemistry, and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

    Mr. Kaul joined Flagship Ventures to start and invest in early-stage biotechnology companies. During his five years there, Mr. Kaul was involved in starting and investing in a number of companies including Helicos BioSciences (NASDAQ: HLCS), Epitome (acquired by Millipore), Codon Devices, LS9, and Morphotek (acquired by Eisai).

    Since joining forces with Khosla in 2006, Mr. Kaul has been a cofounder/founding investor in Calera, Cogenra, CoSkata, Gevo (GEVO), Kior (KIOR), Lanza, Sakti3; he has also led the firm’s investments in Amyris (AMRS), Ausra (acquired by Areva), Draths (acquired by Amyris), NanoH20, Segetis, View, Stion, Transonic Combustion, PRAJ Industries (BSE:PRAJ), and a number of early-stage science projects.

    In his free time, Mr. Kaul enjoys golf, running, tennis, reading, and traveling. He is an avid sports fan with undying loyalty to the Michigan Wolverines, Washington Redskins, and Boston Red Sox.

  • Weston Quasha,
    Director Reinet Investments

    Mr. Quasha is a director of Reinet, a Luxembourg-based investment company with assets of over $4.5 billion. As Reinet’s lead representative on US investments, Mr. Quasha has led or co-led the deployment of over $400 million into various platforms in the technology, clean-tech, real estate, venture capital and private equity industries. Mr. Quasha serves on the boards of several of Reinet’s portfolio and subsidiary companies.

    Mr. Quasha joined Reinet upon its formation in 2008. Prior to Reinet, he worked as an advisor to the Executive Chairman of Richemont, where he focused on strategic acquisitions and corporate finance. He received his A.B. in Government from Harvard College.

  • Aymeric Sallin,
    Founder & CEO NanoDimension

    Aymeric Sallin is the Founder and CEO of NanoDimension, a nanotechnology-focused venture capital firm, with offices in Menlo Park, California and Zurich, Switzerland.

    Since 2002, Aymeric has actively promoted nanotechnology around the world, receiving the "NSTI Fellow Award" and "2012 EPFL Alumni award" for "his entrepreneurial spirit, his dedication and exceptional contribution to the field of nanotechnology". Recognized as a nanotechnology and innovation leader, Aymeric works closely with the business, government and academic communities. In fall 2010, former Gov. Schwarzenegger honored him as one of the 20 leaders of Silicon Valley joining The Silicon Valley Trade Mission to Russia to meet with the leaders of Russian government and industry, including Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. One month later, Aymeric addressed influential members of U.S. Congress, business, and academia at the 10th Anniversary of the National Nanotechnology Innovation Summit in Washington, D.C. Aymeric is currently on the Board of Directors of Crocus Technology SA, Selecta Biosciences, Blend Therapeutics, View Inc as well as the Advisory Board of the Physics Department of the Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne (Switzerland). Aymeric was instrumental in generating, negotiating, and closing investments totaling USD 400M from sovereign funds into several of NanoDimension’s portfolio companies.

    His roots are in Switzerland where he was voted top 20 under 40 in Switzerland by Bilan Magazine and one of Switzerland’s 300 most influential people in 2011 and 2012. Aymeric holds a Masters in Physical Engineering from EPFL.
